Faculty Positions (Professor / Associate Prof. / Assistant Prof.)

Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIM Sirmaur) is inviting applications for faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor (Grade I & II).

Candidates are expected to contribute to the institute's mission through high-quality teaching in postgraduate and doctoral programs, conducting cutting-edge research published in peer-reviewed journals (ABDC ranked), and engaging in executive education and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering management curriculum.

Mentoring students and supervising doctoral research.

Publishing original research in top-tier international journals.

Participating in institutional building activities and administrative committees.

Academic Excellence: Ph.D. or FPM with a First Class in the preceding degree and a consistently very good academic record.

Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Ph.D. with at least 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industrial experience.

Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 6 years experience, including 3 years at the Assistant Professor (Grade-I) level.

Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years experience, including 4 years at the Associate Professor level in premier institutes like IIMs/IITs/IISc.

Research Track Record: Strong evidence of publications in reputed journals, preferably those listed in the ABDC ranking.

Age Limit: Preferably up to 35 years for Assistant Professor positions.
