Job Description
The Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is inviting applications for one position of Assistant Professor in Psychiatric Nursing for the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour. This is a Group 'A' Gazetted position.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic instruction and clinical supervision of students in the field of Psychiatric Nursing.
Developing curriculum and maintaining educational standards as per INC (Indian Nursing Council) norms.
Participating in research activities and mental health community outreach programs.
Handling administrative duties related to nursing education and patient care at the institute.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Experience: At least five years of teaching experience in Nursing after completing post-graduation.
Language: Knowledge of Konkani is mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years (as of the application deadline).
Attributes: Strong academic background and clinical expertise in mental health nursing.
