Guest Teacher (PGT & TGT)

Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV) Manipur, Boudh is conducting walk-in interviews for the engagement of Guest Teachers (PGTs and TGTs) for the 2026-27 academic session. This is a contractual opportunity for educators to contribute to the specialized English medium school system in Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing subject-specific instruction to students in English and Odia mediums.

Managing classroom discipline and fostering a positive learning environment.

Participating in evaluation, student mentoring, and school administrative tasks.

Utilizing computer applications to enhance the teaching-learning process.

PGT: Master’s Degree in the concerned subject (50% aggregate) with B.Ed.

TGT: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science in the concerned subject (50% aggregate) with B.Ed.

Exemptions: If B.Ed. candidates are unavailable, PG candidates with 60% (Science) or 55% (Humanities) may be considered. For TGTs, non-CTET/OTET candidates may be considered if qualified ones are unavailable.

Age: 18 to 65 years.

Language: Proficiency in teaching through English and Odia mediums.

Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer applications.
